Parked Location. Everyday Internet Needs.

Your connection should fit where you stay and how you use the internet.

Weak indoor signal

RV walls and materials can weaken cellular reception inside.

Shared campground Wi-Fi

Shared networks may struggle with congestion, distance, or limited coverage.

Seasonal stays

Extended stays call for equipment and carrier options suited to your parked location.

Working from your RV

Video calls, email, and everyday browsing need a connection and plan suited to your usage.

Find the Connection That Fits Your Stay

A phone’s indoor reception doesn’t tell the whole story. A high-gain directional outdoor antenna may access a stronger signal when suitable coverage is available. We consider nearby towers, supported bands, terrain, and mounting options to recommend a setup for your parked location.

RV Internet Questions, Answered

Is this internet solution designed for use while driving?
This solution is purpose-built for parked RVs, campsites, RV parks, and seasonal stays. We position and align the outdoor antenna to optimize the available connection where you are staying. Connectivity may be available while travelling, but this setup is not designed or optimized for use in motion, and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Can this help if cellular signal is weak inside my RV?
Often, yes. RV walls and building materials can weaken indoor reception. A high-gain directional outdoor antenna may access a stronger signal outside, helping you stay connected inside your RV. We review your parked location before recommending a setup. Results depend on available coverage, supported bands, terrain, obstructions, and network conditions; exact speeds cannot be guaranteed.
Are carrier plans included, and how much does it cost?
No. You pay the cellular carrier directly for your monthly data plan. During your location review, we assess compatible carrier options and recommend the most cost-effective data plans for your household needs. Monthly costs depend on the carrier and selected plan, including data allowances, prioritization, video restrictions, and contract terms. SXTR Connect equipment and installation are priced separately—see “How much does an SXTR Connect solution cost?” below.
How much does an SXTR Connect solution cost?
A remote pre-assessment is always free. Most installations total approximately $500–$1,250, including installation labor, LTE/5G equipment, and standard materials. An on-site assessment is typically $50–$100, depending on travel distance. Masts, poles, or other special materials may increase the cost. Customers may use their own Wi-Fi router, or we can provide one starting at $50. Carrier service plans are billed separately. You’ll receive a clear quote before any work begins.
What happens when I move to another location?
A new destination may offer different connectivity options. We show you how to position and align your outdoor antenna toward suitable towers, so you can adjust it yourself when you arrive at a new location. If you need help reviewing coverage or adjusting your setup, we can offer additional services, with availability and costs confirmed in advance.

A different carrier or plan may be appropriate at your new destination. Changing carriers may be possible when your equipment and selected plan support it. Coverage and performance vary by location.
What does installation involve?
We bring the installation steps together: checking the signal at your parked location, agreeing on a suitable mounting position, mounting and aligning the outdoor equipment, routing cabling, and configuring the equipment we supply. Your quote confirms the equipment and installation scope, including a MikroTik router where specified. Any required RV park or property permissions are agreed before work begins. We test the installed connection before handover. If you prefer to use your own router, we agree on compatibility and connection requirements in advance. Customers remain responsible for configuring and managing their own devices and BYOD equipment.
Can I use it as backup internet?
Yes. LTE/5G can provide a useful backup when your primary connection fails. Automatic switching requires an appropriately configured MikroTik router supplied by us, or other equipment that supports failover. If your router does not support failover, manual switching may be possible by reconnecting the internet cable, as agreed in your installation quote. Switching may interrupt active calls or sessions. Backup availability depends on cellular coverage and network conditions.
What support is included after installation?
Your installation includes 30 days of installation support, starting when setup is completed, for issues related to the equipment we supply and our installation and configuration. We investigate reported problems and correct installation-related faults.

For ongoing assistance, optional paid managed-connectivity plans provide broader support as defined in your quote or support agreement. These may include connection and device monitoring, service alerts, remote troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and performance follow-up. Support-plan charges are separate from your carrier subscription, and pricing is confirmed before activation. Customers remain responsible for their own devices and BYOD equipment. Carrier availability, speeds, and plan restrictions remain outside our control.
